We are a co-educational preparatory school in North London educating children aged 4 to 11. The school is set in a large, bright and airy, 19th Century former convent on the doorstep of leafy Regent’s Park and London Zoo. As part of the Alleyn’s Schools Group, our approach to education is rooted in 400 years of tradition and entrepreneurial learning.
At the heart of our offer is a holistic education – living our ethos of ‘All We Can Be’ – which supports our pupils to be kind, happy, inspired and, having ‘found their thing’, ready to lead and to make a positive difference in the world.

Alleyn's Regent's Park Open Days
Our Autumn Open Mornings have now taken place, with Spring dates to be announced soon.

We are proud that our school is a place where children love learning and strive to achieve academically in a well-rounded and inspiring curriculum, based on our school learning dispositions. There are opportunities for children to think and go beyond the traditional curriculum everyday through Aspiring Minds – our speaker and academic enrichment programme. And our own AiQ curriculum gives children the opportunity to combine the rigour of traditional subjects with the practical skills and tech confidence they will need for the modern world.
We believe that school is a place where children start to discover their passions and form their own identity.
Outside the classroom, our children can ‘find their thing’ through a wide range of activities, from sport and the performing arts in our Bear pits to music, languages, STEM, and AI in our All Studios. Our All In co-curricular programme is designed to promote respect, kindness, and empathy while inspiring a sense of wonder at the world of possibilities open to them – encouraging them to try anything and everything as they live the Alleyn’s motto, All We Can Be.
Alleyn’s Regent’s Park pupils learn and grow in a happy, nurturing environment, benefiting from the Alleyn’s Emotional Quotient (AEQ) – a pastoral programme designed to support proactive wellbeing. We take pride in being a school where children build relationships, develop a strong sense of belonging, and foster a deep sense of community, all within the framework of our ROCCK values (Respect, Opportunity, Courage, Curiosity, and Kindness), with the support and guidance of our highly qualified staff.
Kindness is our superpower 🦸♂️💙
This week, pupils across ARP have been celebrating Anti-Bullying Week and exploring the power of positivity - with our Wellbeing Warriors leading by example.
From Odd Socks Day to sharing messages of kindness in form groups, we have ...been reflecting on what it means to lift each other up. And today, on World Kindness Day, we’re proud to shine a light on the kindness we see across our school - every day, in every year group. 💛

Our Year 1 pupils went from paint to print for Call to Earth Day, turning their paintings into unique mono-prints - one of a kind, just like our planet.
Projects like this remind our pupils that art can inspire action, helping them understand how to look after our planet for future ...generations.💙🌿

Two days, two schools, one incredible celebration of football, teamwork, and our ROCCK values! ⚽💛
Last week, our pupils took to the pitch for their House matches, showing respect, optimism, and true sportsmanship, while bringing energy, creativity, and kindness to each game.
...
It was wonderful to celebrate together with our friends from Hampstead, making this a true display of community, collaboration, and shared spirit across both schools.
A huge well done to all our pupils for their fantastic effort, and thank you to our amazing team for supporting the day, refereeing, scoring, and keeping everyone fuelled. 🌟

Making a difference together! Today, our school community united for our very first food collection in support of the Camden Foodbank. Pupils, families, and staff all contributed, resulting in an incredible 32 crates of food to support local families facing tough times. This wonderful effort roots ...back to the K in our ROCCK values - Kindness, and shows how powerful it can be when we act together.
This isn’t just about donating food, it’s about showing care, supporting our community, and teaching our pupils the importance of giving back. Every can, box, and bag makes a real difference to families right here in Camden.
A huge thank you to everyone who contributed, you’ve shown the true power of kindness and community spirit! 🥫💛

When in Rome… do as the Year 4s do!
Today they stepped back in time for Roman Day, arriving in togas, armour, and laurel wreaths ready to explore Ancient Rome. Throughout the day, they completed four engaging activities, each designed to bring their History topic to life. After each ...task, they proudly had their passports stamped by their teachers, marking each step of their journey through Roman history.
By the end of the day, everyone had not only learned something new but had also experienced the adventure of being a Roman first-hand! 🏛️🏺🖌️

Power. Pride. Resilience! Today, we kicked off Black History Month with an inspiring assembly exploring this year’s theme, ‘Standing Firm in Power and Pride.’
Our Humanities Coordinator, Ms Brady, introduced the month and asked students to reflect on what they are proud of, before ...highlighting the achievements of key black icons.
Then our pupils shared their own insights, presenting on Mary Seacole, Paul Stephenson, and Claudia Jones, while teachers spoke about figures such as Ibrahim Traore, Eric Adjipong, and Black women in STEM, showcasing groundbreaking contributions in medicine and technology. They also learned about role models like Olive Morris, Maya Angelou, and Candice Brathwaite, concluding with a heartfelt poem from our Head Girl, Tomisin.
The session encouraged our pupils to reflect on what makes them proud of who they are, while exploring the remarkable achievements and lasting impact of influential icons. It was a powerful start to Black History Month, celebrating achievement, resilience, and the importance of representation across generations. ✊🏻✊🏽✊🏾✊🏿
